Absolutely agree with you. I have discovered by experimentation that a wholefood diet with lots of vegetables, salads, fruit, and plenty of protein in the form of fish, cheese, meat, along with goods fats like coconut, olive oil, etc, makes me feel great as well as looking slim with less than 16% fat on my body. And I avoid manufactured foods. It simply works.
