Stop trying to find what you love doing, instead, learn to love what you’re already doing. It’s a closed-loop that spirals ever downward when you hate what you’re doing. You get more of the same because that’s how the Universe works. It gives you more of what you focus on.

Here is an alternative strategy to consider: don’t approach your activities too seriously. Approach them like you’re going to have fun. Turn what you do into a game. Use your imagination to re-engineer your work. Make it more interesting? Focus on making it fun and enjoyable.

Make work fun for people you work with. What would they enjoy? Arrange your workspace so it pleases you. Are you working on things worth pursuing?

Once you love what you do, infinite opportunities show up, that will often allow you to do whatever you want. Continue, or try something new.

I'm obsessed with health and feeling good. Nutrition, sleep, exercise all play their part. But energy is fundamental to a healthy life.
