The state of achieving is what life is. Reaching your goal is what life was. You want to expand. It’s what we’re born to do. The present moment is when you are fully alive. There is no contradiction here. You have goals. You reach for what you want. Expansion is the real you. But you can both enjoy the expansion, and be in the present moment.

Are you comfortable with incompletion? If you are, you can be comfortable with the contrast between what you have and what you want. If your answer was yes, you are happy with life and growing as a person.

Reaching a state of nirvana and living happily ever after is a myth.

As thinking, intelligent, creative people, we are always eternally incomplete. Enjoy the contrast of achieving and being incomplete. It frees you, and the best thing you can give yourself is freedom.

I'm obsessed with health and feeling good. Nutrition, sleep, exercise all play their part. But energy is fundamental to a healthy life.
