This is all very relevant to me right now. I already journal with pen and notebook every day. I practice reflective thinking to music, especially metamusic. And I meditate often. Journaling has helped me to overcome one medical challenge, and now an even bigger challenge is well on the way to being healed through experimentation and continuous feedback, all documented in my daily journal.
